Solstice & Starlight Ball
The Solstice & Starlight Ball brings to life holiday moments from the pages of our favorite fantasy books. This event is black tie affair/fantasy cosplay. Tickets include music/entertainment, the open bar (must be 21 to partake in alcoholic beverages), hors d’œuvres, a plated dinner, cookie decorating, a special solstice gift, and access to our welcome marketplace where you can meet and greet with many different fantasy authors & bookish merch vendors. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Futures Without Violence.
This event is 18+ and will require wristbands to be worn for age identification throughout the night. Tickets and wristbands will be mailed to all attendees.

The dress code is black tie affair/fantasy cosplay! What would your favorite fantasy book character wear to a ball?

We will have an author and vendor marketplace, an open bar, hor doeuvres & plated dinner, live music/entertainers, and a DJ in the ballroom for dancing. All attendees will receive a special Solstice gift.

We have a capacity limit of 400 guests.

Tickets to the ball are $255.

Tickets are non refundable. However, you are welcome to sell your ticket or transfer it to someone else no later than 30 days prior to the event.
